Customer Engagement:
Provide personalized service and build strong relationships with customers.

Sales Performance:
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of product features, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
Share styling tips and product benefits with customers confidently.
Store Operations:
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
Handle transactions accurately and assist with stock management.
Brand Representation:
