- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to engage with current and future customers.
- Oversee the Customer Feedback Management (CFM) system, ensuring timely resolution of cases, and updating Salesforce promptly.
- Distribute customer feedback (emails, letters, etc.) to relevant departments (Sales, Service, Legal, etc.) immediately upon receipt.
- Acknowledge customer complaints/feedback within 24 hours via call or written letter.
- Follow up with customers with low survey scores, collaborating with teams to resolve issues.
- Highlight potential escalated cases to managers and ensure action is taken before escalation.
- Assist the Legal department with legal cases and support face-to-face customer handling when needed.
- Analyze customer feedback data regularly to identify areas for operational improvement and service enhancement.
- Manage reports on customer feedback, CSI, and CVP, using the data to help improve service levels.
- Lead CRM activities and ensure the CRM system (Salesforce) is up-to-date and compliant with data protection laws.
- Diploma in Business/ Marketing or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in CRM, customer service, or automotive-related roles.
- Proficient in data analytics tools, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
