Warehouse assistant manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager with several years of experience.

Job Scope :

• They supervise staff, ensure safety and inventory accuracy, and optimize efficiency. Key responsibilities involve managing logistics workflows, maintaining records, and resolving operational issues.

• Operations Oversight: Assist in daily workflows, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods, and enforcing safety regulations (SOPs).
• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse personnel, creating schedules and fostering team productivity.
• Inventory Control: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, audits, and handling discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse or logistics operations, with prior supervisory experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Leadership: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle equipment, such as a forklift (if required).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is often preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours : 8am to 6Pm (Mon - Fri) Salary : $4000.
