Logistics Operation Coordinator

• Work and Office Location: Changi Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $2600 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

• Handle customer enquiries promptly, providing accurate and effective assistance.
• Liaise with Singapore Customs, shipping agents, and forwarding companies to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound airfreight shipments with carriers, customers, and vendors.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export airfreight documentation and shipment records accurately.
• Correspond with overseas suppliers regarding delivery status and resolve operational issues, escalating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Tradenet is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
