Geylang - Senior Procurement Officer, F&B OS&C (6-months Temp)

• Manage and ensure seamless operation efficiency on multi trade assignment
• Work closely with the users on their requirements and P.Rs
• Ensure specs are verified/clarified prior to processing user P.Rs
• Prepare & justify BAW, and ensure it is in compliance with procurement's P&P
• Follow through and monitor the whole process of P.R/BAW/PO/Goods Received
• Formulate base case analysis & summary creation
• Create & verity product specification database
• Create and maintain vendor database analysis and summary

Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• Preferably a member of institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management

• Minimum 5 years working experience with some supervisory experience

• Hotel, Hospitality or Retail procurement exposure an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• SAP exposure preferred
• Basic business sense and mathematical logic
