Centre Leader (Childcare)

New Life Childcare is childcare with a difference. We cherish and nurture every child to become a happy and confident learner with good character values. We believe that each child is a unique individual, who grows and develops skills through exploring within an educational and play-based curriculum.

Our goal is to support young children in staying healthy and safe, finding joy in learning, and making a positive contribution to their community. We are also committed to imparting Christian values to strengthen children’s character development.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching and support staff
• Foster positive teamwork and collaboration among team members
• Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Build and maintain positive partnerships with parents and stakeholders.

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching and Leadership
• Hands-on experience in managing administrative and operational aspects of a preschool environment
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English
• At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader
