Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the restaurant's F&B offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the restaurant remains competitive.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus as well as with the Marketing team to generate awareness and promoting the F&B outlets and menu specials.
- Ensure menu offerings align with customer preferences and dietary trends.
- Manage and optimize F&B budgets, including cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for both staff and customers.
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer feedback promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer loyalty.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and quality product deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
