Assistant Project Manager (Architecture/Construction)
- Location : Ubi / Client Site
- Working hours : 5.5 days/ 8 hours
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Manage deliverables, scope, changes, issues, and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution and communication with main contractor
- Monitor progress, performance, costs, and cash flow
- Evaluate project outcomes and support dissemination activities
- Work closely with client to meet business needs
- Certify subcontractors’ progress claims
- Perform other project engineering/management tasks
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or relevant course
- Min. 5 - 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
- Preferably with construction industry background (Architectural & M&E)
