Job Descriptions
- Monitor and control job progress, man-hours and productivity of all project-related works
- Attend meetings and discussions with customers, designers, classification society
- Work closely with Sales team to manage the work schedule within the scope and terms of the contract and additional work requests from owners
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and coordinate tasks with supervisors and safety teams.
- Drive project timelines by planning and coordinating on-site and off-site construction schedules.
- Closely involve in daily activities at the workshop, ensuring safety standards and adherence to deadlines.
- Minimum education level: Secondary school or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, email usage)
- Able to draft and understand simple English documents
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and able to follow instructions
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
