Part-Time Accounts Cum Admin Assistant (On-Site) - Sembawang

Working Hours: 3 days per week (Min. 8 hours/day, flexible timing)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support basic accounting and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting Support:

• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Track and update payment records.

Office Administration:

• Handle general administrative duties, such as filing and document management.
• Assist with office coordination and record-keeping.

Requirements:

• On-site presence is required.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and bookkeeping.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in admin and accounting support is a plus.
• Must be able to commit to a two-year contract term.
