IT Network & Security Administrator

• Network & Infrastructure: Manage and maintain all core components, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
• Lead the rollout and daily operations of SD-WAN, while charting a transition path toward ZTNA and SASE.
• Guarantee consistent uptime and peak performance for all systems across headquarters and retail outlets.
• Direct telco management activities, encompassing circuit provisioning, SIM oversight, and vendor escalations.
• Facilitate new store launches and specialized project deployments through robust infrastructure support.
• Cybersecurity & Governance: Take ownership of achieving and maintaining Cyber Trust Mark and Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM) certifications.
• Execute and verify network security protocols, including segmentation strategies and granular access policies.
• Oversee external VAPT vendors, ensuring rigorous assessment and meticulous tracking of remediation efforts.
• Perform internal security testing and VAPT exercises to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Maintain strict alignment with industry security standards, best practices, and formal audit requirements.
• Cyber Insurance & Incident Readiness: Serve as the primary liaison for cyber insurance providers and Incident Response Management (IRM) vendors.
• Manage all incident response frameworks, including readiness drills, reporting protocols, and compliance.
• Ensure all internal security controls satisfy specific insurance policy obligations and provider expectations.
• Cloud & Security Operations: Administer and optimize firewall environments across both on-premises and cloud landscapes.
• Utilize Azure networking tools and Azure Firewall to secure and manage cloud-based assets.
• Establish and maintain secure, reliable connectivity between local sites, cloud environments, and third-party partners.
• Operations, Support & Vendor Management: Resolve network and security incidents through comprehensive end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors to ensure successful project delivery and swift issue resolution.
• Deliver on-site technical support at retail locations for critical deployments or urgent troubleshooting needs.
• Provide flexible IT operational support for various infrastructure and system requirements as they arise.
• Systematically update and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and security logs.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network and security roles
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, and network design
• Experience managing multi-site environments
• Exposure to VAPT, security audits, or compliance frameworks
• Experience handling external vendors and security assessments
• Familiar with telco provisioning and infrastructure rollout
• Must be physically on-site in Singapore and travel to stores when required
