Customer Service Executive - Bukit Merah
About the role
The Customer Service Executive is a full-time position at The Frosted Chick', a leading hospitality and tourism company in the Potong Pasir, Central Region. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the bakery and the front-of-house, ensuring seamless communication and efficient delivery of our delectable cakes to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Coordinating the daily production and distribution of cakes from the bakery to the café and other sales channels
- Liaising with the bakery team to ensure timely completion of orders and maintaining product quality standards
- Communicating with front-of-house staff to understand customer preferences and relay relevant information to the bakery
- Providing excellent customer service by resolving any queries or issues related to cake orders
- Assisting with inventory management and forecasting to optimise cake production
- Participating in product development and recipe testing to enhance our cake offerings
- Supporting the overall operations of the café and contributing to a positive work environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between different departments
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer needs and operational challenges
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a deep appreciation for the art of cake-making
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in English and the local language(s) spoken in the Potong Pasir region
