Project Manager/ Executive (Digital)

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute digital projects across our global teams. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can effectively bridge business needs with technical execution.

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI-powered digital human deployments, including interactive kiosks and application-based solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the region to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources in a lean team environment
• Oversee integration efforts, including APIs and third-party systems
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Proactively identify challenges and implement resourceful solutions in a dynamic setting
• Support business operations and contribute beyond core responsibilities when needed

• Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in interactive kiosks, experiential tech, or software application development
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, including API integrations and system workflows
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, “get things done” attitude
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global startup environment
• Willingness to travel as required

• Experience working with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, or real-time interactive systems
• Exposure to hardware-software integrated solutions (e.g., kiosks, installations)
• Prior experience working across multiple time zones or global teams
