Scrum Master - 6 months contract - SGD6.5k - Toa Payoh

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-value projects for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle, managing governance, scope, resources, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Break down complex features into prioritized user stories and maintain a clear team backlog.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, operational risk, and business requirements.
• Represent the team to stakeholders, delivering updates and engaging with internal and external functions as needed.
• Act as an escalation point for delivery blockers and facilitate effective decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in product life cycle management.
• Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong business and technical knowledge with proven project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and tools like Confluence and Jira.
