Business Development Manager - Bukit Merah
Your primary goal will be to identify and secure partnerships that align with our strategic business objectives, ensuring the delivery of customized, exceptional service to meet the needs of our customers.
The main objective will be to develop and expand partnerships with hotels and various corporate institutions, curating the best selection of corporate solutions for their gifting needs. Your role will involve prospecting, assessing, recruiting, and onboarding new hotel clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with various prospects and key accounts, including:
You will initiate contact through cold calls, attending industry events, and networking at trade fairs, confidently explaining the value and benefits of partnering with our gifting solutions.
Acting as a business consultant to hotel and corporate clients, providing insights and tailored advice to meet their specific gifting requirements, and addressing the needs of different hotel and corporate profiles and sectors.
Planning, conducting, delivering, and reporting on analysis to evaluate the success and performance of recruited hotel and corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their gifting objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, as the role occasionally involves interacting with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in strategic business development, financial analysis and planning, retail planning & allocation, product & project management, negotiation & supplier relationship management, marketing and market expansion.
