Responsibility

Design and develop semiconductor components, tooling, and related parts to deliver robust and compliant solutions.
Create and review detailed 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and schematics to meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities; analyze results and implement design improvements.
Participate in project planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination, ensuring alignment with engineering and production teams.
Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes, and provide technical support for existing products and production issues.
Maintain accurate design documentation, test reports, and project records while driving continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.

Requirement

Minimum Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering which are recognized by relevant authority
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing molds, precision parts, and tooling for the semiconductor industry
Familiar with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent
Knowledge of precision component and tooling design for semiconductor applications
Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
