Business Development Manager (Automation System)

• Office Location: Joo Seng Road, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm,
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $7000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

• Oversee product lifecycle during the commercialization phase and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
• Develop product forecasts and track financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
• Executemarket introduction plans and manage product performance at the individual product level.
• Establish and refine operative pricing guidelines, including defining Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA) pricing structures and limits.
• Support Product Marketing initiatives by contributing to product strategy development and Bluebook preparation.

• Minimum degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Experience in cables or sealants application is considered an advantage.
• Proven successes and experience in leading complex pricing negotiations with lead or focus customers
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
