Job Description & Requirements

What You’ll Do:

You will report to the Director and your scope of work will include, but is not limited to:

Corporate Secretarial Work
  • Preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA (e.g. annual returns, changes to company officers, share capital, etc.)
  • Drafting directors' and shareholders’ resolutions, notices, and meeting minutes
  • Maintaining statutory registers and minute books
  • Liaising with auditors, regulatory authorities, and clients on secretarial matters
  • Performing customer due diligence
Administrative Support
  • Managing client correspondence and document filing
  • Coordinating with clients on deadlines and document submissions
  • Supporting day-to-day office administrative functions
Financial Reporting Tasks
  • Adjusting margins and formatting of financial statements for clients’ review and approval
  • Liaising with clients for review, approval, and finalisation of financial statements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of UBS/Million Accounting software will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate service providers is a plus.
