Procurement Coordinator/ Supply-Chain Coordinator

• Basic up to $3500 + Bonus + AWS
• Working Hours: 5 days 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: Yishun
• Entry Level are welcome $2,800 - $3,000 Basic

Responsibilities:

• Process daily purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries
• Maintain and update delivery schedules and shipment status records
• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders
• Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams on material receipt and inventory
• updates
• Maintain organized procurement records, including POs, quotations, and supplier
• documents
• Assist with vendor evaluation, cost comparison etc
• Handle required documentation for import/export and logistics processes
• Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
