Marketing assistant
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role supports the marketing activities for Saint-Gobain branding, which is responsbile for digital and content marketing, collateral design, event coordination, and administrative support.
Role & Responsibilities
Digital & Content Marketing
Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Write, edit, and publish content for various platforms including social media and websites.
Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence.
Design & Collateral Management
Design and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, newsletters, and product labels.
Assist with the production of marketing collateral to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Event & Exhibition Coordination
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Branding & Internal Communication
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
Administrative
Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
Manage marketing calendars and schedule meetings, events, and project timelines.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners as required.
Other ad hoc duties assigned to support marketing function.
Requirements
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to interact and co-operate with colleagues from other department (sales department) for better co-ordinations and efficiency of work.
Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates welcome.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Autocad (Optional).
