Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunities primarily through phone calls, email communication, and social media.Working closely with the sales team, you will identify customer needs and promote our cutting-edge cloud offerings. This role requires high energy, persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through consistent outbound cold calling and targeted emails.
- Requirement Gathering: Connect with prospects to understand their business challenges, IT infrastructure needs, and software requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Routing: Qualify leads effectively and seamlessly route potential opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for deep diving and closure.
- Market Research: Utilize data-mining techniques to research target accounts, map organizational structures, and identify key decision-makers (IT Managers, CTOs, CFOs).
- CRM Management: Log, update, and maintain meticulous records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the company CRM.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; highly comfortable engaging prospects over the phone and via email.
- Sales Acumen: Comfortable with outbound prospecting (cold calling/emailing) and resilient in handling objections.
- Research Skills: Ability to independently mine data, find leads online, and map corporate structures.
- Tech-Savvy: Eagerness to quickly learn and articulate product details regarding cloud solutions (e.g., Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure).
- Tools: Basic computer proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working towards monthly targets.
