Maintenance Technician

Up to $3000

Working hours –

Monday to Friday 7.42am to 5pm

Expected to work overtime whenever required

Company transport provided in many area

Job Scope:

Maintaining of all production equipment and plant facilities

To maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities

To fabricate jigs and fixtures to augment the manufacturing processes

To follow up with requests, from all other department within the organization, for minor repairs

Logging and tracking of maintenance work order, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permit, equipment checklists, etc.

Daily start-up of production and facilities machines

Upkeep of Facilities services (E.g. Aircon, sprinkler protection system, plumbing, Power & lighting, etc)

Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance and TPM

Conduct weekly Single Point Training to production operator

Requirement:

Diploma/ NITEC / NTC certificate, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Technology

Computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Relevant experience in Machinery & Equipment repair and maintenance in a Manufacturing environment

Service Technician

$2100 - $3000

Company transport is provided

Working hour : Rotating 12 hours shift (8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am) 4334

Shift allowance is provided

AWS & VB provided

Attendance allowance $5 daily

Retention bonus of $1500 given out during a 6 month period

OT 1 day per week, 11 hours, 44 hours per mth, Flat rate of $10 per hour

Job scope:

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair works on packaging and conveying equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system faults on equipment.

Respond to breakdowns and recover operational equipment.

Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works.

Proper and accurate recording of works carried out on equipment.

Carry out and rectify facilities related matter.

Requirement:

Equipment knowledge - Bagging /packaging/conveyor system
General knowledge on ac drives and electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders and roller/chain conveyors
Knowledge of PLC, control circuits and electrical system
Min. 3 years' relevant experience in heavy industry sector
Experience in Bagging line would be advantage
