Plumber - Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise piping installation for kitchen equipment final connections
• Install and connect various commercial kitchen equipment, includiing - Combination ovens, Dishwashers, Bain marie units & Preparation sinks.
• Ensure proper water supply and drainage connections.
• Conduct thorough inspections of piping systems and equipment interfaces.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with building codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing challenges in commercial kitchen environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial kitchen plumbing
• Valid plumbing license and certifications is preferred

Service Technician - Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in servicing and maintenance for refrigeration / electrical machines.
• Identifying faults, troubleshoot, and repair various commercial kitchen equipment.
• Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
• Submitting of daily report for servicing & maintenance functions.
• Ensure all documents are updated upon completion of work
• Ensuring all works comply with the appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
• Perform equipment quality compliance check.
• Work closely with direct superior to maximize repair rates.
• Maintaining service vehicle in good condition.
• Maintain the work bay and workshop areas in orderly and safe working conditions and exercise good housekeeping practice.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in electrical machines and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Other relevant skills or experience we will consider to be of benefit.
