What you'll be doing?- Maintenance and repairs: Carry out warranty, preventive, and breakdown service jobs for medical equipment, ensuring timely completion within 72 hours.
- Preventive maintenance: Schedule and perform regular maintenance checks, collaborating with customers to minimize disruption.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate equipment histories and update the Service Operations Management system in real-time.
- Customer coordination: Prepare job sheets, obtain customer approvals, and coordinate with the Service Operations Management team for invoicing and spare parts management.
- Quotation preparation: Work with the Service Operations Management team to create and track quotations for decision-makers.
- Quality assurance: Adhere to ISO procedures and risk management processes, aiming for zero complaints and first-time resolution.
- Customer relationship management: Build strong relationships with biomedical engineers in key accounts, creating a competitive advantage.
- Training and development: Participate in and conduct training sessions to enhance team competency and stay updated on industry advancements.
- Continuous improvement: Share field insights and contribute to best practices based on customer feedback and personal experience.
- Educational background: Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience: 2-3 years of working experience in a hospital environment, healthcare setting, engineering consultancy firm, or with BioMED or medical laser equipment.
- Technical skills: Strong engineering and IT knowledge to effectively manage and maintain medical equipment.
- Transportation: Preferably possess own transport for efficient job site visits.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest developments in medical technology.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Office Location: Kallang, Warehouse at Clementi
- Salary: Junior
- $3000 - $3800, Senior: $4000
- $5000 + Transport allowance $1100
- AWS and VB are provided
