Senior Executive /Asst Manager, Partnership & Community Development

• Coordinate and support community health screening operations, including participant assignment to screening events and monitoring of scheduling outcomes.
• Process post-event reports, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution and service improvement.
• Manage enquiries from the public, residents, and stakeholders while providing administrative and operational support for community health programmes and activities.
• Coordinate screening and outreach events, including event calendar management, staff rostering, logistics preparation, and liaison with community partners.
• Maintain and manage databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and security, including extraction and processing of participants’ data pre- and post-event.
• Deploy to community outreach and screening events as the point-of-contact (POC), engaging residents to raise awareness and support programme participation and follow-up appointments.
• Provide secretariat support for departmental meetings, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or community service
• Able to think critically
• Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
• Adept in stakeholder engagement to foster buy-in and collaboration
