We are a Singapore-based Single-Family Office focused on high-conviction real estate opportunities across Asia. Leveraging deep local networks, structuring expertise, and disciplined asset management, we invest across the full real estate cycle, from origination and capital formation to execution, management, and divestment.

We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering long-term value for the family and its investment partners.

About the Role

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will play a comprehensive role in supporting the Single Family Office’s investment activities. This includes capital formation, investment due diligence, structuring, asset management, and divestment. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Formation & Investor Relations: Support fundraising activities, prepare investment materials, and help build and maintain investor relationships.
  • Deal Sourcing & Due Diligence: Conduct financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment for new opportunities; prepare investment memoranda and presentations.
  • Structuring: Assist in the design and implementation of efficient investment structures in coordination with tax and legal advisors.
  • Asset Management: Monitor ongoing portfolio performance, track financial and operational KPIs, and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for principals and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity of analysis.
  • Divestment: Support exit planning, valuation, and execution of divestments through sale, refinancing, or recapitalization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with advisors, brokers, and asset managers to execute transactions and optimize portfolio returns.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized university or polytechnic with a major in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is required.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or investment banking preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Understanding of real estate capital markets, deal structuring, and due diligence processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
