Job Description Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence. Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and integrity. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships, providing tailored wealth management solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM). Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the Privilege Banking International footprint. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns.
Compliance & Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Ensure full compliance with international banking regulations (e.g., FAA, FATCA, CRS). Proactively manage risks and maintain high standards of governance and ethical conduct.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders. Deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients' evolving needs. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA/CFP preferred.
Min 5 years of experience in wealth management/private banking, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in managing offshore banking teams and growing international portfolios. Deep understanding of cross-border financial regulations and offshore client needs.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Multilingual capabilities and willingness to travel internationally.
