Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills with a proactive mindset toward taking initiative.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Actively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Promptly generate and send quotations to customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Support the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billing, and other documentation related to sales and financing.
• Assist both the sales and accounting departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and financing activities.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and update internal systems, including file organization and data entry.
• Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Manager.

Requirement:

• Candidates with relevant experiences are welcome to apply, especially with experience of Customer Service/ Sales Admin.
