As a Delivery Assistant at Just Anthony (S) Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers across Singapore.
Job Scope:
- Assisting with the loading, unloading and preparing of goods for delivery.
- Check and pack orders before delivery.
- Assist and support Senior Logistics Assistant and/or Delivery Driver.
- Assist in the delivery of products to customers on time and in good condition.
- Must maintain and display a professional, courteous, and polite disposition when delivering products and services to customers.
- Responsible for the inspection, picking & packing of goods according to stated description & quantity in the Delivery Order/Invoices
- Report any damage or discrepancy to immediate supervisor.
- Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the vehicle and warehouse area.
- When not out for delivery, you are required to help to move furniture around the showroom for change of display.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate, read, write, and understand simple English
- Possess positive attitude and initiative.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
