Job Description:
- Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders, import/export documents) through SI system
- Assist in new IMS (Inventory Management System) Implementation.
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up regularly.
- Provide administrative support to sales team.
- Assist in monthly sales closing.
- Liaise with various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and warehouse) to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in any discipline
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Understand shipping terms such as incoterms
