Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation and data testing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and high-quality deliverables through robust automated testing frameworks and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing Ensure data correctness, pipeline reliability, and regression stability across environments Define and implement data testing strategies aligned with best practices
Develop and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
Automation & Technical Excellence Build and maintain test automation frameworks
Integrate continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines Identify automation opportunities and drive test automation initiatives Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Document test plans, strategies, and results
Provide clear reporting on defects, quality metrics, and testing progress
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field 3–5 years of experience in QA and Test Automation Proven experience in developing and executing automated test scripts
Technical Skills Strong experience with automation tools: Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Pytest
Proficiency in programming: Python, Java, or JavaScript
Experience in data testing and validation Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Hands-on with Git version control Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes Experience in ETL / data pipeline testing ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
