Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,300 /month

About Us

Sainhall Nutrihealth is a Singapore-based SME with 30 years in the health and nutrition industry. We manufacture supplements and healthy snacks, including our in-house brands SainHealth and DeeFruit. As we continue expanding, we're looking for a capable Production Supervisor who thrives on hands-on work and team leadership in a certified manufacturing environment.

?️ Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery - this is a hands-on role
• Lead daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure safe, clean equipment use
• Liaise with machine suppliers for more complex technical adjustments, maintenance and repairs
• Maintain production records and ensure traceability compliance

• Guide and supervise a small team on the shop floor
• Train new staff on SOPs, hygiene and safe work practices
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and procurement on batch preparation and readiness

• Act as point-of-contact for GMP and ISO22000 audits
• Maintain SOPs, forms and documentation required for certification
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and food safety standards are upheld daily

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in food, supplement, or pharma production
• Strong technical skills with machinery and line operations
• Past team lead or supervisory experience required
• Familiar with GMP and ISO documentation and audit prep
• Able to communicate in English (basic report writing required)
• Comfortable with using shared cloud drives (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive) for digital records and document collaboration
• Forklift License holders preferred OR a willingness to obtain a Forklift License and operate forklift on adhoc basis
• Strong sense of accountability
