Job Description
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.If you're passionate about digital storytelling and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and goals
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions
- Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for campaigns or partnerships
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social media is a plus
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and write in Chinese as we are using China platform.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B and B2C campaigns
- Video editing or content creation experience
- Familiarity with influencer marketing
