Senior Marketing Executive – Healthcare - Tampines
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive with experience in ophthalmic equipment and life science products to support the regional growth of a leading brand in medical and scientific technology. This role offers the opportunity to lead B2B marketing initiatives, engage with international distributors and customers, and play a key part in promoting innovative diagnostic solutions across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional exhibitions, congresses, webinars, and events
- Develop promotional materials and manage communications with distributors and KOLs
- Organize workshops, symposiums, and training sessions in collaboration with internal teams and external speakers
- Share product updates and marketing resources with regional stakeholders
- Track market insights and competitor activities to refine local strategies
- Liaise with APAC distributors to support sales enablement and brand alignment
- Maintain close collaboration with global marketing teams and internal departments
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare, life sciences, or ophthalmic equipment marketing
- Strong understanding of ophthalmological diseases and diagnostic solutions
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, event planning, and regional campaign execution
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across borders and time zones
- Regional exposure and opportunities to lead cross-border marketing projects
