Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a customer base, building long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Oversee the total wealth of clients, matching financial and investment product solutions to their needs.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to provide advanced technical support and address multiple client needs.
  • Promote services to potential clients, explore their needs, and refer them to relevant business units when necessary.

Requirements:

  • University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
  • >6 years of experience in a client-facing environment within banking with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales ability with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of financial markets and a genuine interest in staying informed.
  • Independent mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant CMFAS certificates
