M&E Manager (Construction/A1 Main Con)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and M&E subcontractors to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure works comply with authority regulations and contract requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Prepare M&E master schedules and identify critical milestones and authority inspections.
• Track project progress, performance, and deliverables against the project plan.
• Identify, record, and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and submit project status updates to management.
• Ensure project execution stays within the approved budget.
• Update management regularly on project progress.
• Participate in tender preparation and evaluation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of local experience in managing M&E construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise in Electrical or M&E works.
