Project Management Executive

The Project Executive will support the identification, evaluation, andexpansion of new clinic locations. This role involves market research, sitesourcing, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeingproject timelines to ensure successful clinic setup and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential locations for new clinic expansion
• Source and evaluate suitable clinic sites, including feasibility and cost analysis
• Liaise with landlords, agents, and relevant authorities for site negotiations and approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, legal, and marketing) to support project execution
• Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations for management review
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Support the setup and launch of new clinics, including vendor coordination and site readiness
• Maintain proper documentation of all project-related activities and agreements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience in project coordination, site sourcing, or business development (experience in healthcare or clinics is an advantage)
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
