Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Administrative Assistant to support a wide range of business and administrative functions.
This is a high-execution, multi-tasking role, not a routine administrative position. The role requires strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to handle dynamic tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage business-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate daily administrative arrangements
- Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Assist with visa applications and documentation
- Liaise with business partners and vendors
- Maintain and organize documents and information
- Coordinate payments and basic financial follow-ups
- Manage schedules, reminders, and appointments
- Follow up on ad-hoc tasks efficiently
- Provide support for some personal and family-related matters of management when required
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and responsive
- Strong execution ability and multi-tasking skills
- Emotionally stable with strong confidentiality awareness
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to learn and capable of working independently
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- ChatGPT / AI tools
- Experience in administrative, business support, assistant, customer service, or operations coordination roles
- Possession of a valid driving license and driving experience is a plus
- Reliable and accountable
- Proactive and does not procrastinate
- Calm under pressure and emotionally stable
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Problem-solver who thinks before escalating issues
- Able to handle a certain level of work pressure
- Fast-paced with diverse responsibilities
