Customer Service Executive - Tampines
Customer Service Scope:
Providing phone support, email support of enquiries.
Monitoring of delivery, service maintenance schedules.
Assistance of general enquiries on prodcuts and services
Issuance of invoice and delivery orders through ERP system.
Administrative Responsibiliities:
Handle company documents
Reply email for sales and general enquiries
General administrative duties
Support sales team for selecting products and following up projects and sales leads
Sales quotation and pricing from customers
Follow up from purchase order for delivery
Job Requirements:
Good team player with a positive attitude
Entry level are welcome to apply
Required language(s): English
Candidiate must posses at least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or equivalent.
