Senior Manager / Manager (International Sales) - Bukit Merah

Job Description & Requirements

1. Pitch for overseas projects to be marketed in Singapore.
2. Liaise with overseas developers on marketing campaign, feedback, sales performance review and operational matters.
3. Support in term of recruitment, marketing, logistics, billing, administrative matters pertaining to the overseas projects matters and launches in Singapore.
4. Oversees overseas project sales operations from sales reservations to completion of all documentations.
5. Perform any other tasks pertaining to overseas projects as and when assigned by the Company.

1. Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or its other equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 to 8 years of International property marketing and sales experience.
3. Preferably someone who has CEA licence would be ideal.
4. Strong communication in English language is essential.
5. Be prepared to work on weekends to support the project launches.

Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station) & showflats at various locations

1. days work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Required to work on weekend if there is project launch
