Assistant manager / Senior officer (Organizational Risk Management)

Drive Risk Resilience Across a Leading Financial Institution

We’re looking for an experienced risk professional to lead key areas of Organizational and Operational Risk Management. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with MAS guidelines, strengthen our risk frameworks, and support business growth through effective risk oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outsourcing & New Product Risk: Review third-party arrangements and support new product risk assessments.
• Business Continuity (BCM): Maintain BCM frameworks, coordinate BCP tests, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Risk Management: Enhance tools and processes, conduct risk assessments, and manage organizational risk reporting.
• Internal Controls: Oversee Branch Self-Audits, Control Self-Assessments, and policy reviews.
• Environmental Risk: Support the development of environmental risk management frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with HO, support group-wide initiatives, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in operational/organizational risk (especially outsourcing & BCP).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and confident in engaging stakeholders.
