Job Description:
- Responsible to take, edit and upload photos / videos to our official social medial platforms, promotional materials and catalogues.
- Responsible for writing up contents for products introduction and promotion
- Handle online marketplaces: upload products, reply to enquiries and process the order accordingly
- Issue sales transaction invoices
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Manage website by using wordpress and elementor pro
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts, unpack goods
- Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out more new potential customers
- Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management
