Job Description:

  • Responsible to take, edit and upload photos / videos to our official social medial platforms, promotional materials and catalogues.
  • Responsible for writing up contents for products introduction and promotion
  • Handle online marketplaces: upload products, reply to enquiries and process the order accordingly
  • Issue sales transaction invoices
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Manage website by using wordpress and elementor pro
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts, unpack goods
  • Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out more new potential customers
  • Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management
