You will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end supply chain IT projects, partnering with cross-functional teams across regions and shaping how cutting-edge products move from design to market.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, plan, and drive supply chain and system-enablement projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Engineering, IT, QA, and regional stakeholders to build detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Own and coordinate key project artifacts, including:
o User stories
o Functional and design documentation
o Test cases and validation plans
o Deployment and hyper-care activities
- Track project progress, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues with speed and clarity.
- Establish a disciplined reporting cadence, delivering clear, consistent status updates to global leaders and cross-functional partners.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering end-to-end system capabilities in fast-moving environments.
- At least 3 years in supply chain or logistics-related functions, with solid understanding of supply chain process flows.
- Strong experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions/time zones.
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive independently while staying highly effective in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with hardware development, product structures, and prototype lifecycles.
- Background in the consumer electronics industry.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
