Our client is seeking a CONQUAS Supervisor to join their team!

Are you passionate about ensuring quality standards in construction projects? Join our client's team as a CONQUAS Supervisor and play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards across their construction sites. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in quality assurance and control while working on exciting projects in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing?

Inspection Planning: Prepare and implement project-specific inspection and testing plans to ensure quality standards are met.
Quality Briefings: Conduct informative briefings on quality standards and best practices to keep the team aligned.
On-site Checks: Carry out in-process checks to maintain adherence to quality standards and good practices.
CONQUAS Monitoring: Keep track of and update schedules and status for CONQUAS / QUALITY assessments.
Meeting Participation: Attend and chair QA/QC meetings and site walk-rounds to address quality concerns.
Authority Liaison: Communicate effectively with relevant authorities regarding submission statuses.
Team Coordination: Work closely with Site Project Managers and representatives to ensure smooth project execution.

Who are they looking for?

CONQUAS Certification: Hold a BCA certificate of Certified CONQUAS Supervisor to demonstrate your expertise.
BCA Standards Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of BCA CONQUAS requirements and standards.
Inspection Skills: Ability to conduct site inspections and check both in-process and completed work according to BCA criteria.
Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a QAQC supervisor in the Construction Industry.
Proven Track Record: Candidates with high CONQUAS scores for past projects are highly valued.
