We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager to be part of our Statutory Valuation & Property Tax Advisory team.
You will conduct market analysis, site inspections, and preparing professional assessments for property tax matters. You will also work closely with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), contribute to real estate market insights, and provide guidance to junior team members while delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services to clients.
Job Description:
- To manage our clients property tax portfolios with diverse range of properties
- Carry out site inspections and analyse market data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose
- Liaise and discuss with assessors in Property Tax Department of IRAS on objections and appeals
- Prepare assessment reports for property tax objections and appeals
- Assist to mentor and guide juniors in property tax assessments
- Keep abreast of real estate market and be involved in statutory valuation for land betterment charge, compulsory acquisition, etc
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
- Experience in valuation/ property tax assessment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the local property market industry
- Possess good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
