Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Assistant supports the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with company policies, and provides day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure smooth integration.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters (confirmation, extension, transfer, etc.).
  • Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and welfare programs.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and providing HR support when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, statistics, and management summaries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all employee information.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (relevant experience & knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
