Job Description
Rahi is currently seeking Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineers to join our team on a 24*7 Shift basis, ranging from junior to senior levels, and the positions will be based at the client's site.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tier-1 network monitoring and operations of Clients's IDC network, conducting 7*24*365 shift based rotation.
- Responsible for promptly responding to, following up on, and driving the resolution of various network alarms and faults. Escalate to tier-2 engineer if needed.
- Responsible for following up and finishing network breakfixes like switch replacement, link repairing and dark fiber restoration. Work with IDC technicians to conduct physical work and provide proper instruction remotely.
- Responsible for conducting some simple network maintenance.
- Summarise daily monitoring and operations work into documents and regularly share within the team.
