Produce bread / buns on schedule.
Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor.
6 days per week. Official working hours from 6.30am to 5.30pm. Entitled one (1) hour of meal break.
