Project Sales Manager - Yishun

Salary Range: SGD $9,800 – $12,500

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead project sales from initial client engagement through to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals to management.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-value projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with stakeholders.
