Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Create, implement, and adjust sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Set individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and monitor progress using CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast accurately, and report findings to senior management.
- Build relationships with key clients and assist with high-value negotiations.
- Work with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach and product positioning.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting targets and leadership experience.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Individual sales rep quota attainment
